How to return products

This notice explains to you how to return products bought on our website.

You must submit any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, you must submit all claims no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. We cover at our expense claims deemed an error on our part.

For your convenience, we set the return address to our printing supplier, Printful. When we receive a returned shipment, we send you an email notification. We donate unclaimed returns to charity after 4 weeks.

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the courier will return the shipment to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed – the courier returns unclaimed shipments to our facility. You will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).
